Green Beast Gaming warrants that all its computers will function as intended for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. In the event of any abnormal operational defect, Green Beast Gaming will, at its sole option, repair or replace the defective computer.
In the event that you experience any issues with your computer during the warranty period, Green Beast Gaming will provide you with technical support and guidance on how to perform basic repairs including - but not limited to - replacing RAM, GPU, PSU, and case fans. Replacement parts will be shipped to you at no cost. Green Beast Gaming reserves the right to determine whether the original defective part must be returned and whether the replacement will be sent before or after that return.Â
Self-service provides many benefits. Shipping the computer to us means you'll lose access to it for many days due to shipping and repair times. Also, this helps us reduce negative environmental impact via lowering carbon emissions resulting from the long-distance shipment of large and heavy boxes. Finally, the risk of additional damage or loss during shipping is completely avoided.
If you are unable to self-service the computer or if the repair requires the expertise of a professional, you will send the computer to Green Beast Gaming for repair. In this case, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the computer to our company. Once we receive the computer, we will repair it and return it to you at no additional cost.
In most self-service cases, the part being replaced may be recycled by you as you wish. However, to prevent warranty fraud, Green Beast Gaming reserves the right to demand the part being replaced be returned before or after shipping a replacement. In case you're required to return a part, shipping costs will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, or any damage resulting from modifications to the computer not performed by Green Beast Gaming. The warranty also does not cover any damage caused by software issues or viruses.
